New PY numbers published.

The PY numbers allow different boats to be sailed competitively. These numbers are collated by the RYA and are consistent. These numbers are used to adjust times for handicap racing and to set the start times for pursuit racing.
A few changes of numbers this year. Fireballs have moved by 1 point to their advantage, but not to worry that equates to 3 seconds in a 45 minute sailing race. That’s less time than it takes for the helm to drop the tiller or ask the crew to get in off the wire!
