Fantastic day of team race training for Lancs Youth Sailing (LYS) at Delph Today.
We had 4 fireflies each sailed by 2 kids in the age range of ….
During the day the teams changed and switched sailing partners, which was great to see different kids sailing together.
Thanks to everyone who helped on and off the water. A particular thank you to Wayne, Mark Ashworth, Gary Catterall, Dave Haslam and Andy for putting their boat mending skills into full effect (including a donated mast which was 8cm too short!) Also thanks to Matt Sharmoan Chris and Andy Hayfield for getting stuck into on the water coaching and to Andy Taylor for running the races!
